SRAC Kois Talukdar Skills Development and Technical College (SKSDTC)

Is a forward-looking technical and vocational education institution established 2015, under the initiative of Society for Sylhet Resources Advancement Community (SRAC) to address the growing demand for skilled human resources and promote inclusive socio-economic development in Bangladesh. The institution was founded with the vision of empowering youth, women, and disadvantaged communities through quality technical education, market-oriented skills training, and lifelong learning opportunities.

Bangladesh is undergoing rapid economic transformation, creating increasing demand for a competent workforce capable of contributing to national development and competing in the global labor market. Despite this progress, many young people, particularly those from rural and marginalized communities, continue to face barriers in accessing quality technical education, employable skills, and decent employment opportunities.
