Society for Sylhet Resource Advancement Community -SRAC is a national level non-governmental voluntary and development organization. It’s working on health, education, sanitation and other development activities. According to this way, SRAC has started their National Skill Development Program (NSDP) since 2021 with an aim to implement skill development program of all District in our country coordinate with Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Key activities of National Skill Development Program (NSDP) includes developing action plan and strategies; forecasting demand of skilled labor in domestic as well as overseas job market; identify skills gap; development of demand based training; work as a development partner of skill training; monitoring quality of skills development trainings and programs; assessment and certification of the trainees; raising awareness on skills training. Aligning with the “Digital Bangladesh-Vision 2030”, SRAC has developed this National Skills Development Program (NSDP). Through this NSDP, SRAC is implementing all activities online/offline and thus increasing effectiveness, transparency and accountability of related development partners and beneficiaries.
