SRAC aims to enhance income opportunities and foster economic self-sufficiency, particularly for marginalized communities, through comprehensive programs in vocational training, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion.

Key Interventions:

  1. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET):
    • Establishing training centers offering courses in high-demand skills like electrical work, plumbing, tailoring, IT, and handicrafts.
    • Partnering with businesses to create internship and job placement opportunities.
    • Providing training in modern technology and sustainable practices to increase workforce competitiveness.
  2. Entrepreneurship & Small Business Support:
    • Offering business incubation programs to help individuals launch micro-enterprises.
    • Providing business development services, including mentorship, marketing, and financial management training.
    • Supporting women-led businesses with seed funding, networking opportunities, and customized training.
  3. Financial & Economic Inclusion:
    • Facilitating access to microfinance, savings groups, and cooperative banking for low-income families.
    • Educating communities on financial literacy, budgeting, and responsible investment.
    • Connecting entrepreneurs with markets to improve business sustainability and income generation.
